Ok so my first objective Is to go find the ranger,talk to him,and get my tags to hunt....
WELL THERES ACOUPLE THINGS THAT TICK ME OFF!
First:You cannot hunt at all until you get your tags.If you do shoot animal before talking to a ranger you will get warned,3 warnings game over,on the expert difficulty there are no warnings.
Second:The ranger in most of the levels Is almost on the other side of the map.Now I don't mind having to run all the way to him.(even though its totally unnecessary and annoying),BUT! on the way there you pass every god damn animal you have to hunt!And when you cant shoot them,its a tease!
Third:Almost 50% of the game is you running somewheres.For what reason?To hear crappy actors say crappy lines about crappy stuff..
Fourth:The animals....oh god you idiots!Does anyone fucking test their video games anymore???I mean they dont act like animals,they have no a.i. what so ever!They sometimes run up hills and do 360's!And THEY RUN RIGHT IN FRONT OF YOUR CROSS HAIRS!You can shoot most of them just running in one direction and pulling the trigger when the animal passes in front of you.In the video you'll see that.Not only is the animals a.i. and all fucked,the guy you play as cant jump(without a cutscene)and you sometimes cant make it over little bumps,or you get stuck in certain place and have to restart..They could have made a really decent game.
But its just the same old Cabela's hunting game with a different camera view.
I'm sorry did i say "hunting" game?
This game has no hunting in it,some maps you may be able to have an actual realistic hunting experience,but most of the time you just run around shooting at brainless animals,that glitch terribly.
the story,the game,the lousy concept...
We've all seen it before.Even though they tried new things,it was just lame,not to mention predicable.
What they really need to do Is make another dangerous hunts game like the first one!I personally think that was the best,it was fun!
All the accessories,weapons,big maps,i really liked it,they went downhill with that game too on the second one.
I don't understand how someone can spend time creating this game and sell it.Did they even test play it!?
I'm done ranting,lol But seriously go rent this game and tell me what you think,and play it on all the difficulties,you'll be able to seeing theres only 10 maps,average about 10 minutes each so thats around 3 hours of playing time...what a joke.
Although I've said some pretty nasty things,its an addicting game,and fun...SOMETIMES! |
